Insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged through BVC or your own provider. Coverage is based on the declared value of goods in storage.

You can deposit and withdraw on a rolling basis. Long-term vaulting is structured as an ongoing service — add new inventory, withdraw stock or rotate items as your business needs change, with each movement logged under BVC's chain-of-custody protocols.

Yes. The declared value and corresponding insurance cover can be revised whenever your inventory composition or market valuation changes. Our team coordinates revaluations and updates the insurance schedule so cover always matches your actual holding.

Every vault holding is reconciled through scheduled audits — opening, closing and periodic verifications conducted under joint custody, with item-level tally sheets, tamper-evident seal checks and full audit reports shared with the customer.
