We survey both the origin and the destination first. We check size, weight, material, value, climate-control needs, access points, and installation conditions before we plan anything. This assessment lets us build the right packing, storage, transport, and installation plan so there are fewer surprises on move day.

All art pieces receive soft packing using materials such as foam sheeting, bubble wrap, cardboard, or plastic protection. For delicate or high-value pieces, we add wooden crating as a stronger outer layer. The same standard of packing is followed for both road and air movement.

Close-body vehicles are typically used for artwork up to suitable size limits, larger pieces can move in covered open-body vehicles, and climate-controlled AC trucks are used for artworks that need temperature care. All vehicles are GPS tracked, and your BVC point of contact can share the status of your shipment at every stage of the move.

Insurance support is available through BVC as an opt-in service, not something added automatically. When you choose it, we help collect the key details needed — invoice, photos, dimensions, weight, artwork description, supplier and buyer details, beneficiary details, and origin-to-destination information — so the cover is arranged correctly for your piece.

Yes. After pickup, the artwork can be kept in BVC storage under surveillance before final movement. This protects the piece while keeping the shipment ready for the next step, which is useful when the destination is not yet ready to receive and install the work.
