We collect the artwork from the art lender. At pickup, the loan forms and insurance documents should already be ready. Soft packaging is done at origin, and condition reporting is completed with detailed checks and photographs taken in front of the lender.
The artwork is first transferred to our warehouse for storage under 24x7 surveillance. Our fulfilment centres are also built to support climate-controlled artworks where required.
For precious artworks, wooden crating is done at the BVC facility. Our expert team assembles a wooden box and secures the artwork inside for an added layer of protection.
We support the customs clearance process for export and import, helping the shipment move with the required readiness for international exhibition logistics.
We transport the artwork safely to the museum or exhibition venue using secure, GPS-tracked movement and the right transport mode based on the requirement.
Before installation, we collaborate with museums, design specialists, architects, and structural engineers to ensure the artwork is placed safely and correctly.
