Every bullion bar moves through a tightly connected chain of handovers — from mine to manufacturer — across multiple verification points. At each stage, records must be precise. Raw dore bars leave the mine and are supposed to reach the refinery. After refining, the finished bullion is supposed to sit in a strong room. From there, it's supposed to be dispatched — bar by bar — to a specific customer against a specific delivery order.

What BVC owns is the process: armed secure transport, bar-number verification, physical labelling, WMS-backed inventory and strong-room storage. Done correctly at every stage, this process is what prevents wrong deliveries and production delays.

Raw dore bars are picked up from the mine under armed secure transport and delivered to the refinery. At the refinery gate, BVC reconciles the bar list on paper with the physical bars being handed over. Once refining is complete, BVC picks up the finished bullion from the refinery and moves it to the nearest BVC strong room.
At strong-room intake, every bar is cross-checked against the refinery's invoice. No bar enters the vault until the numbers, weights and assay details tie exactly. Each bar is then labelled with a BVC identifier tied to its serial record, and logged into our WMS with a rack location — so from that point on, every movement of every bar is system-recorded.
A daily inventory report goes to the bullion owner, direct from the WMS. When the owner's customer raises a purchase, the owner issues a customer-wise Delivery Order specifying the exact bars to be released. BVC matches those bars under surveillance, packs, plans the route and delivers under armed escort — with a signed proof of delivery filed back on handover. Any inventory not called out on the DO stays in the vault under continuous WMS tracking.

Armed dore pickup from the mine
Raw dore bars are picked up under armed secure transport with full insurance. Each bar is weighed and numbered at origin, and a chain-of-custody record is opened for the consignment before it moves.

Delivered to the refinery with signed handover
Dore is delivered to the refinery's receiving bay. Bar numbers and weights are matched on the refinery floor against the pickup record, and a signed custody transfer is filed — so the refinery starts its process on a verified input and no dispute can arise later.

Post-refining pickup of finished bullion
Once refining is complete, BVC picks up the finished bullion directly from the refinery under armed movement. The refinery's invoice and bar list travel with the consignment — nothing moves on word of mouth.

Bar-by-bar cross-check at strong-room intake
At the BVC strong room, every bar is weighed and its serial is matched one-by-one against the refinery invoice. Any discrepancy is flagged at intake — not discovered later.

Proper labelling tied to the serial record
Each bar is labelled with a BVC identifier linked to its serial, assay and weight. Labels are clear, scannable and durable — so any future pick, audit or dispatch can be executed fast and verified against the invoice at a glance.

WMS logging with rack-level location
Every bar is logged into our Warehouse Management System before it is put away. From this moment, every in and out movement is system-recorded, auditable and reconcilable — no bar is ever "approximately somewhere" in the vault.

Daily inventory report to the bullion owner
Every day, the owner receives a WMS-generated inventory report — bar count, assay-wise summary and vault location. The owner's sales team always sells against real, verified stock, not estimated stock.

Customer-wise Delivery Order executed
When the owner's customer buys, the owner raises a DO calling out specific bars, weight and destination. BVC pulls those exact bars under CCTV surveillance, re-matches serials against the invoice at picking, and packs the consignment in tamper-evident casing.

Planned route, armed dispatch, supervised handover
Route and vehicle are planned based on destination and urgency — air or armed road. The consignment moves under armed escort, fully insured door to door, and is handed over to the customer with a signed proof of delivery matching the DO and the invoice.

Balance inventory held under continuous WMS tracking
Any bullion not called out on the DO stays in the vault — never idle in records, never unaccounted for — until the owner raises the next DO against that balance. At every point, WMS and physical inventory remain in sync.
