What you will do
- Prepare and file shipping bills, bills of entry and re-export documentation on ICEGATE
- Classify goods, compute duties and manage FTWZ and SEZ paperwork
- Liaise with Customs officers, CHAs, airlines and bonded warehouses for timely clearance
- Keep clients informed on clearance status, holds and query resolution
- Maintain audit-ready records and stay current on notifications affecting the trade
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in customs brokerage; G-card or H-card holder preferred
- Working knowledge of gems and jewellery HS codes, valuation and precious-cargo rules
- Exposure to FTWZ, SEZ or bonded operations is a strong plus
- Precise with paperwork and comfortable dealing with government officers
