What you will do
- Run end-to-end hiring for operations, security and office roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Own onboarding, background verification and induction for new joiners
- Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leave and statutory compliance inputs
- Coordinate training calendars and engagement initiatives across branches
- Handle employee queries and support grievance handling with the HR lead
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in logistics, retail or a multi-branch business
- Familiar with HRMS tools and Indian labour compliance basics (PF, ESIC, gratuity)
- Strong communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
- Organised, discreet and people-first
