Own day-to-day secure logistics operations out of Mumbai — vault, fleet and airport movements for jewellery, bullion and diamond consignments — with full accountability for on-time, incident-free delivery.

What you will do
- Plan and run daily pickups, line-hauls and last-mile deliveries across the ValSHIP and eSHIP networks
- Manage vault operations, custody hand-offs and chain-of-custody documentation
- Lead a team of 25+ field executives, drivers and vault staff; roster, train and audit
- Track SLAs, incidents and exceptions; drive root-cause fixes with security and IT
- Coordinate with customs brokerage and airline partners for international movements
Qualifications
- 6–10 years in logistics or secure-cargo operations; 3+ years leading a team
- Hands-on with routing, vault procedures and high-value cargo insurance norms
- Comfortable with dashboards and WMS/TMS tools; strong on process discipline
- Calm under pressure, available for escalations outside office hours
