Yes. Where the exhibition runs over multiple days, BVC provides overnight secure storage in our vault network or in armed-supervised holding at the venue, depending on the city and the value of the collection. Goods stay under continuous chain of custody — the same BVC team that brought the consignment in stays accountable for the entire show window, including overnight custody.

Typically the consignor's invoice or stock-transfer document, a declared-value declaration for insurance, a venue authorisation letter from the exhibition organiser, the GSTIN for both consignor and consignee, and a photo ID for the receiving representative. BVC's team prepares the consignment note and the insurance certificate as part of the booking — and we handle the documentation continuity across return legs and multi-city circuits.

They stay in BVC custody — never in open transit. Between show venues, your collection moves in a dedicated, fully insured vehicle with armed supervision, and during any overnight gap it sits in our vault network or in supervised holding under continuous chain of custody.
