ExhibiSHIP is BVC's specialised domestic exhibition transportation service for high-value precious metals, designed for domestic trade shows and jewellery exhibitions. The service includes pickup from the exhibitor's location, secure transit, in-booth delivery to the respective stall, and secure return after the show — all under one fully-insured chain-of-custody.

We recommend booking at least 10-15 days before the show starts, especially for IIJS and the larger GJEPC shows. For all trade shows we share pickup cut-off timings in advance so you can plan your bookings and shipments accordingly.

We recommend using multiple layers of protective packaging and placing your gems and jewellery in a locked metal box before shipment. To further enhance security, BVC applies tamper-evident packaging and security seals to received shipments. For more best practices, please refer to our packaging guidelines.

Delivery challan, no-sale declaration, authority letter, exhibition participation letter, BVC service order form and an Insurance Certificate are standard documents required for all exhibition shipments.
