Before anything moves, BVC conducts a survey at the origin (where the art is), the destination (where it's going), and of the art itself. We check size, weight, material, climate needs, access routes, door widths, lift dimensions, and the exact installation area. No surprises on moving day.

BVC guides you with all required paperwork — for both Indian and international movements. Insurance, invoices, E-Way bills, customs forms — we guide you through exactly what's needed so there are no delays.

Soft Packaging & Pickup from Origin
BVC wraps every art piece in soft packaging — acid-free tissue, bubble wrap, foam sheeting, and cardboard — before pickup from the origin. The layers are customised for the piece's material and fragility.

The art is received and stored at BVC's warehouses under round-the-clock monitoring. Our facilities are built for climate-controlled artworks too — so temperature-sensitive pieces stay in perfect condition while in our care.

For precious art, BVC's expert team assembles a custom wooden box at the BVC facility. The crate is built to the exact dimensions of the piece — so it can't shift or tip during transport. This is done at our facility before dispatch, not at the pickup point.
