Yes. We routinely consolidate old gold pickups from multiple retail stores, branches or collection points and route the combined parcel to a single refinery. Each origin's contents stay separately identified end-to-end so you get a clean store-wise reconciliation against the refinery's final assay.

Customers can either opt for BVC's insurance cover or use their own insurance policy. When insurance is taken through BVC, coverage is provided based on the declared value of the shipment at pickup. For old or scrap gold, the declared value can be based on the weight handed over and the agreed gold rate of the day.

Yes. At every pickup our security personnel issue a signed receipt capturing weight, packet count, tamper-seal numbers and pickup details. You also get system-driven tracking through to the refinery, so the chain of custody is documented end-to-end — pickup, transit and delivery.
